- Photoshop® shortcuts in Gimp
First thing I do after fresh installment of GIMP is installing extra gradients, brushes, patterns and shortcuts. When I first tried the GIMP the shortcuts was a reall mess, a letter L for gradients and F for lasso tool totally didn't made any sense at all after using old good PaintShop 6. Luckly somebody made the old good and easier shortcuts from Photoshop 6. There is file laying down in <gimp installation path>\GIMP-2.0\etc\gimp\2.0 named ps-menu.rc . All you need is to rename it to menu.rc and paste it in your C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\.gimp-2.6 directory. (2.6 is the Gimp version number so it might be lower or higher in your case).
